Circular Quay · White Bay
Fixed-fare transfers to both Sydney cruise terminals, with a vehicle sized for cruise luggage rather than cabin bags — and a driver who takes the cases to the kerb.
Know which one
Sydney has two cruise terminals and they sit on opposite sides of the harbour. Getting this wrong is the single most expensive mistake a cruise passenger can make on departure day, and it happens more often than you would think, so it is worth being certain before you book.
The one at the Rocks, under the Bridge and opposite the Opera House. It handles most of the larger international ships. From Lithgow it is around 165 km; from Katoomba, closer to 125. Kerbside drop-off is at the terminal doors, though the surrounding streets get genuinely congested on a turnaround morning when two thousand people arrive inside the same two hours. The fare is thirty dollars over the Sydney Airport figure from your suburb.
Further west, past the Anzac Bridge. Used by ships that cannot pass under the Harbour Bridge and by most domestic and shorter itineraries. It is typically a few kilometres closer than Circular Quay from our side of the city and considerably easier to drive into, so it is ten dollars less than the Quay — twenty dollars over the Sydney Airport fare rather than thirty. There is no rail station within walking distance, which is exactly why a booked car matters more here than at the Quay.
Cruise passengers travel with roughly twice what air passengers do, because there is no baggage allowance forcing restraint. Two people on a fortnight's cruise routinely bring three large cases and a carry-on each. That is a people mover, not a sedan, and we would rather send the right vehicle than watch a boot lid refuse to close in your driveway. Tell us what is coming when you book.
Most ships open boarding in the late morning and want you aboard by mid-afternoon. That means the drive down off the range falls inside the weekday morning peak at the Sydney end, so we build our departure times around the harbour approaches rather than around the boarding window. Coming home, we track the ship's arrival and berth — disembarkation runs on its own schedule and it is rarely the one printed on the ticket.

By suburb
Each page carries that suburb's distance to both terminals and its departure-morning notes.
Tell us the suburb and the flight. We quote in a minute and hold nothing on your card.
The fleet
Every transfer is a private, late-model vehicle sized to your group — never a shared van and never a stranger in the next seat. These are the four that run the range.
One or two passengers with cases. The default for couples and solo travellers on an early Mascot run.
Three or four with full-size cases. The step up when the sedan boot runs out before the party does.
Five or six travelling together, with room for cruise-sized luggage rather than cabin bags.
Seven to eleven seats. Extended families, wedding parties and work crews in one vehicle, one fare — not split across three cars.
Tell us the group size and what luggage is coming and the right vehicle is sent — prams, golf clubs, skis and wheelchairs travel at no extra cost.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship.
