WSI arrivals · single terminal
Landing at Western Sydney International and heading up the range? The pickup bay is opposite arrivals, the drive home is untolled, and the fare is sixty dollars under the Mascot pickup.
The short answer
WSI has a single terminal, and the pre-booked pickup bay sits directly opposite the arrivals doors rather than inside a car park — so the walk from the carousel is short and there is no risk of meeting at the wrong building. Your driver messages you the exact bay while you are still taxiing.
We track the flight number, so a late landing moves the pickup automatically at no charge. The drive home uses the highway and The Northern Road rather than the city crossing, which means no tolls and, on a night arrival, empty road. And because WSI has no curfew, we are used to collecting from here at hours when nothing else in the district is moving.
The fare is sixty dollars under a Sydney Airport pickup to the same suburb, because it is the shorter, untolled run back over the range. From Leura it is $189; from Lithgow $339, paid in advance to lock in your pickup.
By suburb
Each page carries that suburb's own distance, drive time and route up the range.
Tell us the suburb and the flight. We quote in a minute and hold nothing on your card.
The fleet
Every transfer is a private, late-model vehicle sized to your group — never a shared van and never a stranger in the next seat. These are the four that run the range.
One or two passengers with cases. The default for couples and solo travellers on an early Mascot run.
Three or four with full-size cases. The step up when the sedan boot runs out before the party does.
Five or six travelling together, with room for cruise-sized luggage rather than cabin bags.
Seven to eleven seats. Extended families, wedding parties and work crews in one vehicle, one fare — not split across three cars.
Tell us the group size and what luggage is coming and the right vehicle is sent — prams, golf clubs, skis and wheelchairs travel at no extra cost.
These are our own transfers — the van at the Sydney Airport kerb, a full boot of the group’s suitcases, and customers dropped right at their cruise ship.
